The CPI, or Cookie Point Initiative, is simple. I say something, normally randomly, and if I assign a cookie point value to it, the first person to tell me what it's from gets those cookie points. When anyone gets to 100 cookie points, I buy them a cookie.
I actually use this with my troops. Since my CP related questions are always trivia, it gives my troops something other than just work to think about, and if they ever get to 100, they get a free cookie.
