No, that isn't normal. We seem to have another problem here. Just be patient and wait, until Corv finds the time to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

No problem I was just worried. Considering the history of this game, I was already relieved to find that the boards were still active.

Well, a 403 error isn't as bad as it sounds. It's really saying that the site is there, but you don't have high enough rights to view said page. You can get the same error when you manually edit a URL and try to browse the folder that has the files, pictures, and whatnot and normally that's forbidden and you get a 403 error.
The important thing, like Zini said, it's just a matter of time before the site is back up again and better than ever.

In the meantime I am still shackled to my desk and laptop, writing away. I don't know if they shackle the other Titans, but we continue working regardless.

I believe Zini was also shackled or kept away from the sight of the world (dunno if Corv, Zini, or myself posted something like it). Anyway, good luck with that.
"At that precise moment, Direhaggis´s gigantic iron cell door creaks as a small sliding door opens at its bottom; a few seconds later, a small iron plate slides through the opening, filled with what seems an almost transparent yellow soup; hopefully it will have some scarabs (proteins have been running low in the dungeon kitchens). After that, the small sliding door closes with a clang, leaving Direhaggis in the dark, dank cell, the only lights remaining being the one from his notebook screen (note: apparently they do have electricity on those cells, in order to keep the notebook fully charged), and the one from his eyes, seeing into the neverending currents of the fantasy world, creating, inventing, dreaming stories that will determine the fate of an imaginary world".
Yep, chinese food can be quite inspiring.

... and poetic it seems.
Oh, man... you guys are lucky... while I'm here shackled to my desk with two ball-and chains attached to each leg.

WHAT!?!?! C´mon team, how can you even expect Ralph to fight that nasty spambot carrying such heavy chains (unless they are trying to train you a la dragonball Z, but I doubt hitting a spambot will cause it to stop).
tip: you could try to break the walls with those balls by spinning fast and building enough speed... or maybe you will just get both your legs dislocated)

Sadly, even if I manage to dislocate both my legs, the chain would still stay attached to them... *sigh*
At least swiping at the spam flies (4 so far today) is keeping me busy.

Aye 'tis a hard life: watery soup, crunchy scarabs swimming in said soup (at least at first), and all but the weathered tide of darkness washing by my laptop's little window, with just a hint of jingle from the swell accessories encassing my flesh.
I hear at EA they don't even give you scarabs, though. And you only have a pen and paper in the dark (which when you think about it explains certain parts of UA rather well). I guess I'm lucky.
On fridays for one hour they let me pet a wolverine high on angel dust. And they call me midget. It's bliss.
