Interior worldbuilders - what're you looking for here? I suspect I'm not exactly what you're looking for (never touched the CS in anger), but knowing more about what you want might help you find the kind of people you're looking for.

The job of the Interior Worldbuilder is to build the interior cells, i.e. rooms inside buildings and the dungeons. Basically it works like this: We assign you an area, then you get into contact with the story/quest-writing department to see, what material we already have about the specific area (material here means NPCs, quests and such).
Afterwards you need to go over the available buildings and assign NPCs/functions to them. And then the really hard work of the actual worldbuilding starts:
- construct the building's interior walls from available tiles
- add furniture and other decoaration from several huge lists (but no NPCs)
- add light/darkness, if needed
- add a door/door-marker (inside and outside) and sometimes other outside decoration (windows, chimney)
All the stuff must obviously suit the purpose of the room/building. Constructing high quality varied interiors requires quite some creativity. But the hardest part is to overcome the rather inconvenient user-interface of the CS.
Most important qualifications for an interior worldbuilder are:
- having a keen eye for details (the quality of an interior is all in the details)
- being able to navigate the huge and rather confusing object lists in the CS efficiently
- being frustration-resistant
Please note, that we require to see a sample from any worldbuilder, who wants to join the team. 1-2 rooms based on the vanilla Morrowind master file are sufficient. But the quality should be notably higher than in Morrowind (see the media section for the interior screenshots).
