Does anyone know how i can stop Ultima IX skipping the cinematics?..i had this problem before and i solved it, just dont remember how. The game runs fine, it just skipps past any cinematic. :?:

I had this problem too, so I stopped playing Ultima IX.
Now I am unsure if I should play it again or wait for Redemption.

It's worth a single play-through to completion, at least...while a poor Ultima and rather buggy, it isn't necessarily a bad game.

any idea why in terrefin after fighting the gurdian, when i think im supposed to be teleported back it just takes me out of the game?
He just makes the speech about how the Avatar's quest is futile then it just takes me out of teh game.

As a side note to this thread, I would really like to be able to find the -original- videaos that were made for U9. You can see the shots in the previews and teasers but they were either suppress or reworked in the actual game...
Who knows, maybe someday we may see them, even without voice recording it would be fine :roll:

Last time I spoke to Moa Dragon, he was in consultation with the gentleman who directed the UIX cutscenes (for the original plot, the ones that were later re-used incorrectly in the release game). Did you want me to see if he can pass on any information?
