I've been waiting years for an MMO that wasn't just a level grind and emphasized the elements you mentioned.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed level grinding it back in the days when I was volunteer staff for some of Simutronics products. But after awhile I'd just wonder what the point was, even if I played as a Bard with all the festivals and whatnot that came along with that.
I probably won't have the time to play this MMO either, but the thought is fun.

What!?!
No naked people running around asking for handouts?
No one standing by the bank spamming the screen, asking how to solve a quest?
No one named L33tKiLLaH?
No one standing around talking about their level 895 character over on Final Fantasy XI?
No one trying to sell a slab of bacon for 8 million gold ("It's an uber rare!").
This is no online RPG you speak of! You LIE!
