Its is called "Ultima IX: Ascension", not Redemption as yall say... I dont know the reason, please enlighten... BTW, I'm very stoked about yalls project! GIT R DONE!!!

Ours is Redemption. It will be better.

O by the way - I've got a friend who's also mad about rpg's
but there's one thing that put's him of and that's the use of
pentagrams etc.. in games, and as at least as I know
from Ultima 8,9 that pentagrams is used in spellcasting.
( Don't know about the eirlier ones )

So my question is : Will you use pentagrams in the game
or not, or will you have a method of disabling it if you do ?

Do you mean he has a 'spiritual' objection to the inclusion of Pentagrams?

If they do include Pentagrams, I guarantee there will not be an option to disable it.

I think so, he won't play doom3 either.
But he played the Baldur's gate series to the end.

There is no special plan for one, but I can not guarantee that there will be no Pentagram in the game. And if then you wont be able to turn it off, no. but hey he can simply look at it from the right angle (tip up = good pentagram Wink

). But seriously, we are no bad guys so when its in then dont take it serious, its as simple as taht. Its a game folks Smile

I think, most people including me won't have a problem with it.

P.S. Maybe use a EA logo. That way we can all curse EA for every spell
being cast Laughing

EDIT: @Folgrim: Ascensiopn and Redempiton are two different games. We are not simply remaking Ascension we make a new U9.
