Corv,
I like the new look of the Titans of Ether website. Very Happy

I did notice the "team" link from the homepage is misdirected to "features". However, the team info. is there if I manually type in the address. Just FYI ... you may wish to correct that. I'm eager to view the "coming soon" content. I know you're busy, so I'll be patient. Wink

Also, I have a question concerning the team list for The Titans of Ether. Since this was a merger of the two teams (U9R & TNK) into one team (TToE), why don't I see any of the U9R team members in the list (i.e. Chlorthos, Xodus, Vistaer, etc.)? Just curious.

Yeah on the index page there was a wrong link - I saw it already and its corrected (starting bug Wink

). Well, I dont know WHAT list you found (I guess the old TNK list) - but the Team list from the new site contains ALL members. I even took care to mix it in a way that theres always an ex-TNK and then an ex-U9R member etc... So just simply check again Smile

(and dont forget to clear your cache - else you wont see the change of the links).

btw: If you would have clicked on team again in the features section you would have seen the correct list since the link in the feature list was correct Wink

Yep, I see it now. SUPER! Looks GREAT! The site is up and running sooner than I had expected. I figured I wouldn't see anything new 'til this coming weekend or beyond. It's great to see such progress so quickly. And what a powerful team lineup! Good luck gang!

I love the features list. Everything I could hope for and more. I'm really excited. It'll blow Morrowind clear off the map. Morrowind received GotY ... who cares! Sounds like U9R and TNK would be a contender if fan-made games where included in the vote. If I dream anything up which the Team could use for features, I'll drop a line. But, for now, I believe you have the right mix for a WINNER of a game!

You have mustered a fairly large team, Corv. I noticed that many of them hold rare positions like worldbuilders and programmers. Out of curiosity, what kind of additonal talents do you need most ? More Builders or scripters ?

Oh, and the new homepage looks really terrific. In fact, it looks like the one of Redemption. Twisted Evil

Now that your new home is online will you keep the old Redemption page ?

The only thing I missed was the "Inactive Members" section. Without knowing what kind of dramas happend in the last months I believe that Avatus and other retired should get an acknowledgement for their former efforts.

What we need most: I think we cannot get a better scripters team. Taddeus, Zini and I are really into the scripting language of MW so I guess additional scripters are not really needed. As for worldbuilders: As you have read for sure I am currently making the new master, well infact the new master is done, but I am adding new objects and textures and I am rebuilding New Magincia as sample for other worldbuilders how the world should look like. Then when I am done the major part of worldbuilding will start and then I will see the real skills of the worldbuilding members. Before that I cant say if we need more or not.
What we definitely need are 3D and 2D artists. As you also have read, I want to avoid using original MW meshes. Only some of them will be used and then in a retextured version. This means we need lots of 3d models and Textures. Gilli and Angel of Death are overloaded with work and I alone cant make all the textures, so there is the biggest need.

As for the old Redemption page: We will only have one Page, the old Redemption page (as the old The New King page) will be in the archive section of the new Titans of Ether page. So fans can see what was going on before the new powerful Team was born. If you mean the old url of redemption - it will have a link to the new page soon (redirection). The board will be closed as Xo said and it will contain the link to the new board.

The redemption site will be taken down tonight or early tomarrow, with a link to the ToE page as a placeholder. Also, I should note the art you see (the website banner, ankh on the left, etc.) is merely "placeholder" art until one of our 2D artists can crank out some quality ToE art =)

I dont have to tell you how tallented Ralph is and how great it is to have him in the Team now....
