Since I used to play on the Ultima Legacy server, the Killorn Keep world being called "Atarka" was just something I accepted as a part of Ultima lore. But upon thinking about it, I don't actually remember that word ever being used in UW2. I can't really confirm if it was or not since there is no way (that I know of) to extract the dialogue from the underworld games, and I don't particularly feel like playing through the first few worlds to reach Killorn Keep just to talk to everyone.
Anyway, I'm just wondering, was "Atarka" actually in UW2, or was it just made up by Ultima fans (eg, Ultima Legacy)? _________________ -==Thepal==- |

Some posts on the Wayward heavily implied that Atarka was a fanmade name. (I think it was in response to the Atarkan picture back in the Avatus days.) But that's merely an assumption. |

Atarka was dubbed by Laura "Shadow of Light Dragon" Campbell.
It was generally accepted by the community after that.
Not in the game, yes; but a good name...better than the entire world being called Killorn Keep.
