The project looks nice, and the features will make it very fun to play if they are implemented well. Good luck!

You're linking directly to the news archive, which is a very large page to download for people who just want to look at the latest Ultima news.

I changed the link.

The endings, well... Lets put it that way: You can play it like an Avatar should play it or in a ... well other way which will give you an alternate ending and some alternate features for the time in the game AFTER the end.

To make it short: 2 endings.

Good to hear. Alternate endings are always interesting. Kind of reminds me of Starcraft... which, although not an RPG, had the endings of the original game and the expansion very different.
